    The room offers free wifi, Microsoft Teams conference technology, Yealink high-tech visual and audio equipment, large HD TVs, and overhead projectors (with laptop connector).
    Flipcharts and pens are also included in the room. There is complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits.
    The Cardiff Room seats 12 in boardroom and classroom style or 18 in theatre style. Perfect for training sessions, meetings, or seminars.

     

    Please note there is a minimum booking time of three hours in either a morning or afternoon slot. If you would like to book the room for the day, 09:00-17:00 we offer this for £240. 

    Due to our public liability insurance attendees and guests must be over the age of 18. 

     

    House Rules

    No smoking inside the building, there are smoking areas outside.
    External catering is permitted. In doing so, you take full responsibility. A surcharge of £3 per head will be applied.

    Cancellation Policy:

    Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

    Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

    Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
