The Edinburgh Training and Conference Venue provides a range of flexible meeting spaces. There are 16 meeting rooms that cater for different group sizes and different meeting styles. Every room can be set-up in the layout that best meets your requirements including cabaret, boardroom, U-shape (horseshoe), theatre, exam, classroom, Video Conferencing, or simply chairs only. All of the meeting rooms benefit from natural daylight and are fitted with air conditioning, perfect for the summer months and equally effective at keeping you warm in the colder ones! Three meeting rooms boast stunning views of Arthur’s Seat if you are lucky enough to get them!
The meeting rooms are available 24/7, including evenings and weekends. We’ve even hosted events on Christmas Day! Every room offers a private space for your board meeting, team meetings, client presentation or interview, with full AV equipment and video conferencing available if you need them. All meeting spaces are equipped with complimentary flip-charts, pens and superfast Wi-Fi. Our onsite technical support team are there to make sure that everything works for you on the day. Catering can be an essential part of most meetings and our on-site catering team can offer a wide range of options to meet your requirements. There are a wide range of menu options to choose from, including vegetarian, vegan and dietary free options as required. Refreshments can make a big difference to your day, so we have sourced Colombian Fair Trade coffee and 27 varieties of tea.
