Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your booking via the website, free of charge, three weeks prior to your booking
- Cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to booking, 30% of the fee is retained
- Cancelled 1 week prior, 60% of the fee is retained
- Cancelled 72 hours prior, 90% of the fee is retained
Rescheduling Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to reschedule bookings. If you wish to alter a booking, this will follow the cancellation policy mentioned above.
